May game of the month

May's game of the month is Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, but more specifically, Zombies Chronicles.

Treyarch's latest DLC for Black Ops 3 comes after months of speculation of a 'DLC 5', and includes 8 remastered classic maps. The map pack, while not included in the season pass, and with a hefty price tag of £25 ($30), allows players to relive the adventures of Dempsey, Richtofen, Nikolai, and Takeo as they battle the undead hordes in numerous outrageous locations.

Included in Zombies Chronicles are the World at War originals Nacht der Untoten (Night of the Undead), Verruckt, and Shi No Numa, Black Ops favourites Kino der Toten, Ascension, Shangri-La, and Moon, and the Black Ops 2 map that started it all; Origins.

While it may seem bizarre to release DLC for a game other than the latest in the series, it has certainly worked with many players hopping back on to Black Ops 3 to battle zombies. This can be seen via the "8 days of the undead" challenge set by Treyarch, where the community had to rack up half a billion headshots in order to unlock in-game content such as calling cards and a camo.

Super spooky

Call of Duty: WW2 is set to have its multiplayer reveal in two weeks' time at E3, and has also announced that the game will feature some form of the beloved Zombies game mode.
